Eligibility
Access to BizAppFlow services requires that users are authorized representatives of an organization or individual with legal capacity to enter into agreements under applicable Malaysian law. Use by entities subject to export controls or activity restrictions may be limited.
Users must be at least 18 years old or of the minimum age required by local law to form a binding contract in their jurisdiction to create an account and use the services.
Services must be used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Activities involving unauthorised access, data harvesting, spamming, or distribution of malicious content are prohibited.
Availability of certain features may vary by country. BizAppFlow may restrict access to individuals or organizations located in regions subject to activity embargoes or sanctions.
Account Management
To use BizAppFlow, users register an account and provide accurate information. Account creation establishes access credentials and an administrative contact for the organization. The account holder is responsible for managing user roles, permissions, and billing details associated with the account.
Users must provide current and accurate account information. Changes to business contact details, billing addresses, or authorized administrators should be updated promptly to ensure continued service and correct invoicing.
Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. Strong password practices and multi-factor authentication are recommended and may be required for certain account roles.
Accounts are non-transferable except with prior written consent from BizAppFlow. Assigning or selling an account to a third party without approval is prohibited.
If account compromise is suspected, notify BizAppFlow support immediately at [email protected] and follow recommended incident response steps, including credential rotation and a security review of integrations.
BizAppFlow may suspend or restrict access to accounts that violate these terms, pose security risks, or are associated with non-payment, pending contribute or remedial action.
